Group Genie is divided into three parts: the genies, the artisans, and the FARN.  Following is a description of what each part does, and how to join.

The Genies.  The genies are the inventors, the creators of new solutions for humanity's problems.  If you are creative and inventive, good at solving problems, you may apply to become a junior genie. Each junior genie is mentored by a senior genie. Junior genies must read and be tested on Mighty Plan. They are also assigned other readings. They must subscribe to the Surgeon's Attitude described in Mighty Plan. Junior genies also receive mentoring in how to be more creative. One of the requirements to becoming a full genie is to create an original idea worth at least $100 billion dollars a year.  A second requirement is to give it away.  If interested in becoming a junior genie, read Mighty Plan and then contact us for a telephone interview and quiz.  Not everyone has what it takes to become a genie.

The Artisans  (support staff).  The staff serves at the genies' command. They may be called upon to do research, or to turn the genies' new ideas into materials and programs that people can use. Support staff may include program designers, graphic designers, writers, editors, videographers, spokepersons, translators, a fundraising team and a volunteer director. At this time, all support staff positions are volunteer. If you want to help the genies, read about the current projects, and also read the volunteer page. Volunteer if you have any of the skills sought, but only if you are willing to treat your assignments as urgent.  Junior staff just have skills.  Senior staff are those who have read and understood Mighty Plan.  Call or email to volunteer your services.

The FARN.  This is the Fast Action Response Network.  This is a network of people who are contacted by  email.  FARN members agree to read the emails as soon as they are aware of them.  The emails contain requests to do brief, specific actions.  For instance, the genies may be updating a part of Mighty Plan, and they might ask people's reaction to the new wording.  Or they might have a brief survey and want immediate feedback.  Or the email might be searching for a person with a certain skill.  FARN  members may choose not to do an action if they are too busy or are not interested.  But if they do act, it must be quick.  The mission of Group Genie is urgent, and so a fast response is essential.  Requests will usually come with deadlines.  To join the FARN, simply email us at climbtodaysmountain@yahoo.com and write, "I would like to join the FARN.  I agree to read each email as soon as I notice it."  You can unsubscribe at any time.

Group Genie is the think tank division of World Peace One.  World Peace One is a 501c3 tax exempt nonprofit organization based in Pittsburgh.  Its mission is  to help people look at their lives and make changes that improve the quality of life for all.  It was incorporated in 1988.
