We are currently fielding 22 projects.  Volunteers and site visitors are encouraged to read up on the projects.  (Each project is linked off the list below, and begins with a short summary.)  The first seven projects are the major upgrades.  The next 10 projects support the first ones and are part of our global plan.  The remaining projects are extra.
